I buy my cheese at "Au Saveur des Terroirs". It is one of best fromagers that I know. He specializes in seasonal cheeses,
and he matures his own cheese. The prices are two thirds of those practised elsewhere.

I buy my beef from "Monsieur Bouchard" in the "Halles"
