Vegetarian cooking

I love vegetarian cooking. It is the perfect market cooking. Everything fresh. Everything seasonal. I get my vegetables from local Île-de-France market farmers.

Some of my dishes are inspired by Alain Passard, the great chef - genius - of the restaurant l'Arpege, with his gardens in the Sarthe and the Eure. You can see some of his recipes here, but whtynot let me come and do them for you in your home ?
